Complex topics – modern moderation techniques

The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method can also be used to visualize complex issues, generate innovative ideas and initiate discussions.
The method is based on the principle of participation, in which all participants are encouraged to express their own thoughts and ideas by building and explaining their models, which are then brought together in group phases.
This not only promotes individual problem-solving skills and teamwork, but also helps to achieve structured results in a fun way.   Our LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshops are versatile and particularly suitable for smaller groups.
We work closely with you to design a building process that suits your needs, which we guide professionally on site with the active involvement of all participants.
