Even with the best preparation and fantastic communication strategies, with great training and implementation strategies, with all the stops pulled out to motivate the companies, the impact often remains low.
The willingness of companies to change is too low and the scatter loss on the part of the DMO is correspondingly high.
In our Transformability Index, we therefore help destinations to identify companies that are ready for transformation and to identify the fields of action with the greatest potential.
Where there is no noticeable improvement in the status quo despite major efforts, the Transformability Index helps to identify the hindering factors and offers solutions at an operational or personal level.
