Hubertus was also part of the Axel Springer Plug and Play Accelerator with another startup for a long time and was able to gain deep insights into the areas of company foundation and finance.
Today, Hubertus is primarily the operational manager of the company and brings developed concepts to realization.

He gained many years of tourism experience at a renowned digital consultancy.
During this time, he has advised various regions and hosts, developed digital strategies and trained countless businesses online and on site.
He is the interface between customers, IT and content production.
Bastian is well connected throughout the industry and is also very familiar with the other players and software providers involved.
Today, Bastian is primarily active in the areas of consulting and concept development.
Liane is the creative mind at Teejit.
Whether animated explanatory videos, graphics, drawings or the right texts – as head of the content department, she provides internal and external users with content and is responsible for the associated organization.
With her many years of experience in the field of digital training, she is the right person to contact when it comes to researching exciting topics in and outside the tourism industry and developing versatile courses and content.
The results are innovative training materials in varied and interesting formats.

Moritz joined Teejit back in 2016 when he was studying geography and has been an integral part of the content team ever since.
He had previously worked with Bastian and Hubertus in non-university projects (TOPAS e.V.) and was impressed by their straightforward approach and way of working.
He has a wealth of experience when it comes to designing digital learning content.
He is involved from the initial idea, through research and conception, to the production process.
At the moment, he particularly enjoys developing practical formats such as screencasts that give users a quick introduction to a wide range of software and tools.
Lukas is our IT representative and takes care of all technical matters.
He ensures that our products work perfectly from a technical point of view and are up to date.
He is the right person to contact if you have any technical problems or feedback!

Dirk is the Teejit networker and the first point of contact for customers and those who want to become customers.
His professional career led him to Teejit after working for tourism destinations and software companies.
He tries to realize customers’ wishes in close cooperation with the team and our partners.
Franziska is the right contact person for all topics relating to sustainability and the common good.
She is happy to help our customers with strategic orientation and holistic development.
After gaining a wide range of experience in the hospitality industry, she completed her master’s degree in sustainable tourism management in Eberswalde.
Her intensive civic engagement in the Economy for the Common Good contributes to her professional orientation.
She feels particularly comfortable in direct contact with our customers in workshop formats or keynote speeches.

During her media informatics studies, Jana completed an internship at Teejit and then took on her own tasks as a working student.
Jana was able to get a taste of the different areas and now feels very much at home in the content team.
She also supports the team with internal organizational tasks, such as planning the team weeks.

Christoph was already able to get to know the tourism industry during his studies with us and has been supporting us with various operational tasks ever since.
