about his course:
“Do something with stories!” – that’s what you hear in tourism marketing offices. What began with Snapchat has spread to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, Twitter and TikTok. Now, a few weeks ago, Google also made its web stories more present in search. Stories in overkill? Storytelling as a universal killer argument in marketing?

But be careful! Not everywhere that says storytelling on it makes readers feel like they’re in a fairy tale. Concise narratives with distinctive characters and a large portion of suspense remain an art! And if readers can participate in the story with interactive formats … – holla the forest fairy! All the more reason for us to long for concise narratives in these times. They combine the joy of the vacation destination with the unfulfilled longing in the Corona quarter, mix virtual and analog into one experience and transform unique experiences into continuous rituals. So anyone who remembers the magic of Alice will also take their guests to Wonderland.”
