Clear calls to action

Calls-to-action

Calls-to-action (CTAs) are specifically placed buttons that influence the user’s action and are intended to lead to a booking, for example.
Examples of CTAs are “Book now”, “Find out more” or “Send inquiry”.
CTAs are often the prerequisite for users to interact with the website and can also increase the conversion rate.
However, the goal of such a call to action does not always have to be the conversion, i.e. the booking in the tourism context; CTAs can also aim to encourage the user to request information material, subscribe to a newsletter or simply read an article.
A call-to-action must be placed in such a way that it is noticed, it should stand out visually from the surroundings and awaken the user’s desire to take action.
